I am committed to helping clients, those who internalize and struggle to find their voice and those who externalize and struggle to maintain a space for themselves outside of the opinions and labels of others. I help clients develop their own value system in utilizing their voice while learning to tap into reaching their full potential, however that may look. A major barrier to reaching one's potential or to experiencing a spectrum of healing beneficial to the client, is often rooted in trauma from childhood, adulthood, or that is on-going. I specialize in examining transgenerational trauma and its continued effects on the psyche.
