I love working with individuals, families, and couples. I hold a Masters in Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. I use talk therapy and collaborative therapy to help my clients to explore difficult emotions, situations, and to assist them with gaining tools needed to navigate and cope with the past and the present. I believe that everyone deserves someone that will listen to them without bias, a safe space, and the opportunity to heal. I try to help bring families and couples closer together through therapeutic work and help to have fulfilling relationships.
