My ideal client would consist of an individual who struggles with a sense of self, mainly adolescents and young adults. They may have a pessimistic sense of self or the people around them. They may struggle with friendships, relationships, school/job tasks, or even family. In addition, they have a hard time balancing these daily tasks while creating time for self-love/care. All of these tasks may become very stressful hence some suicidal ideation may surface and the client may struggle to process what it actually means.
