I use a wide variety of therapeutic strategies to help you achieve your individual goals to help create the life you want. I work to establish collaborative relationships with all of my clients to help move them towards wholeness, personal growth and transformation. Currently my practice is exclusively online. I am licensed in Nevada, Arizona and Utah. My therapeutic approach is empathetic and non-judgmental. In my many years of experience I have helped people with many obstacles including but noy limited to, anxiety, depression, stress, and obsessional thinking.
