I have been known to build positive connections with my clients; sometimes through humor and laughter and other times through empathy and compassion. I understand it can be difficult asking for help; however, reaching out for help is the first step to making a positive transformation in your life. As an individual who has worked in healthcare for several years, I have successfully assisted couples, families, and individuals from all walks of life by applying postmodern techniques. I tend to be more solution-focused as I help client's achieve their optimal level of wellness... and turning a preferred outcome into reality.
