My approach is relational. The relationship that you and I build will be so important in the work that we do together. Building a healthy therapeutic bond allows us to explore attachment, trauma, current stressors, interpersonal relationships, your sense of self etc. In building safety with each other, it allows tremendous opportunities for exploration and self-discovery. I try to cultivate an environment that is non-judgmental and person-centered to help foster space and safety for my clients. Exploration of emotions is a pinnacle part of my therapeutic process, I hope to help clients understand and feel their emotions safely. I also enjoy doing inner child work and believe that connecting to our inner child can be healing. I utilize emotion-focused, attachment-based, psychoanalytical, and inner-child frameworks.
