It is so important to allow yourself to be vulnerable and transparent to reach the core of who you are. I want to work with my clients identifying their true self in an environment where they are comfortable expressing who they truly are and begin their healing process. Every individual has their own story that deserves to be heard, so I will work with my clients to express not only what their story has consisted of but what their story can consist of in the future. Creating a safe place where you can release any inner feeling is an important part of healing. Asking for help is a strength so let’s walk through this journey together. Being born and raised in Las Vegas, I understand the lifestyle adversities that one can face. Working with clients in becoming self aware and allowing them to work through the emotions that may be challenging to work through alone. You aren't alone in your battle, reach out for help and you'll start to believe it. Throughout life, one can face many struggles in their path but those struggles can be used as power in your story. Individuals who are struggling with martial conflicts, family of origin difficulties, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, setting boundaries, and communication styles.
