Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Some days it seems like we have too many choices to make…and other days, too few. I have spent 30 years working with people who are ready to make positive change in their lives. My practice has includes work with individuals, couples and families, with a variety of needs. I am currently providing HIPAA compliant tele-health for individuals ages 17 and up. Areas of specialty include Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, PTSD and Trauma, Stress Management, Suportive therapy for individuals with Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder, Grief, and Coping with the Changes & Transitions of life.
