The main therapies I use are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Goal Oriented Therapy. Most of all I am a fellow human and I listen and and am empathetic to current as well as past struggles and traumas. My main focus is on grief, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am a laid back therapist who will listen and empathize with what you are going through. I am warm and really care about your goals and progress. The most important thing in therapy is feeling comfortable and trusting the therapist to be discreet,empathetic, and understanding. My goal is to ensure you are in a safe and comfortable environment.
